I was lucky to attend Coburn Ventures‘ annual futures discussion conference last week, as a guest thought leader. An exceedingly interesting day with lots of fascinating people! Augmented Reality is projected to be a $120 billion market by 2020 in the US alone; I’m looking at starting a company there next. Innovation isn’t always grandiose, or complicated, requiring teams of badly dressed nerds in disheveled clothes working around the clock…don’t know if that last bit applies or not in this case, but this elegantly simple solution to real problems caught my eye; edible disposable cutlery.
